Cancellation and Refund Policy
At DMOONS LLC (“DMOONS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we strive to provide the highest level of service to our clients. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we’ve established this Cancellation and Refund Policy to outline how cancellations and refunds are handled.
1. Project-Based Services
a. Cancellation by Client

If a client wishes to cancel a project after work has begun, a written notice must be submitted.

Upon cancellation, the client will be responsible for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

Any deposit or upfront payment is non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
b. Cancellation by DMOONS LLC

We reserve the right to cancel services in cases of non-cooperation, late payments, abusive behavior, or violation of our Terms of Service.

In such cases, a refund may be issued at our discretion, minus the cost of work already completed.
2. Retainer or Monthly Services
a. Cancellation

Monthly services (e.g., SEO, social media management) can be canceled with 30 days’ written notice.

Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued.
b. Automatic Renewal

Monthly contracts renew automatically unless canceled in writing before the renewal date.
3. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for:

Work already completed

Time or consulting spent on strategy or creative work

Delays caused by the client (e.g., failure to provide materials, approvals)
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

Duplicate payments

Payments made in error
- Project incompleteness within timeframe
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and returned to the original method of payment.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve an issue will be considered a breach of agreement. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and pursue collections if necessary.
