Our email practices
- We send commercial email only in compliance with the US CAN-SPAM Act and applicable law.
- Every message we send identifies who we are, includes our physical postal address, and provides a clear way to opt out.
- Opt-out requests are honored immediately and permanently.
- We do not use purchased bulk email lists, and we remove any address whose owner objects to hearing from us.
- We authenticate all outgoing mail with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
Reporting
If you believe you have received unsolicited email promoting dmoons or its domains, please report it to support@dmoons.com. We investigate every report promptly and suppress reported addresses from all future contact.
