Website Care Plan

$199/mo

Questions, straight answers.

What exactly is included in the Care Plan?
Unlimited error and bug fixing, monthly content and design updates, redesign refreshes, basic on-page SEO and speed upkeep, managed hosting with SSL and daily backups, security monitoring with plugin updates, and a plain-English monthly summary.
My site is hosted elsewhere — can you still maintain it?
Yes. We can either maintain it where it is or migrate it to our managed hosting (included in the plan). We'll recommend whichever is better for your site during the free review.
How fast do you respond when something breaks?
Urgent issues (site down, checkout broken) are prioritised same-day. Routine updates and content changes are typically completed within 2–3 business days.
Is there a contract?
No — like all dmoons services, the Care Plan is month-to-month. Cancel anytime; we'll hand over your site and backups cleanly.
